Child Support eServices is a secure online website that allows you to:

You agree to protect your username and password, access only your own personal information, and to the best of your knowledge provide true and correct information. By accessing this site, you agree to comply with these terms each time you login, view, add, or change information made available on the site. We reserve the right to take away the access of any user. Unauthorized access to information on this site is a violation of Florida law and may result in criminal prosecution. Fraudulent use of personal identification information concerning another person is a third degree felony under section 817.568, Florida Statutes, punishable by a fine of up to $5000 and up to five years in prison.
The Department of Revenue Child Support Program asks for your personal information to ensure you receive access to your case information. It also prevents other people from trying to access your information.
If you are applying for child support services online, the Child Support Program will ask if you have a fear of physical or emotional harm from the other parent you named. If you tell us you have a fear of harm from the other parent, the Child Support Program will place an indicator on your case so that location information cannot be obtained from the Federal Case Registry without a court order.
If you ever tell us you have a fear of harm from the other parent, to protect your information, your eServices account will be disabled and you will not be able to access your case information online. When this happens, you must call or visit a local office to verify your identity with the Child Support Program before your eServices account can be enabled.
Your personal information is confidential. The Department of Revenue Child Support Program will only use your personal information for official business. Please read the Department’s Privacy Notice to learn how your personal information is protected and used for official purposes.

If you are eligible to register, next you must accept the Terms of Use for eServices and then create your username. You will receive an email with a link that will only be active for 24 hours to complete the registration process. If you do not click or tap the link within 24 hours, you will need to register again. This link will direct you back to the eServices website so you can create your password and set up your security questions and answers, in case you forget your password or username in the future.
Keep your username secure, along with your password. You will need your username to login to eServices. If you forget your username or password at any time, you can use the Forgot Username or Forgot Password buttons on the Login page.

You must create a username to register for eServices. Your username may only contain letters, numbers, a hyphen (-), underscore ( _ ) or a period ( . ). Your username must not contain spaces, blanks, be longer than 20 characters or end with a period ( . ).
If you forget your username at any time, you can use the Forgot Username button on the Login page.
It is important to keep your username secure.
Every time you sign in to Child Support eServices, you have seven tries to enter the correct password.

It is good practice to change your password periodically. Learn how to change your password.
If you forget your password, you can change it by clicking or tapping the Forgot Password button on the eServices Login page. You will need to answer two of your security questions to be able to change your password.
It is good practice to change your password periodically. To change your password at any time, log in to your eServices account and click or tap Change Password under the User Profile section.
Anytime you change your password, the password you choose must meet the password requirements .
When you first login after completing registration, you will set up security questions and answers to protect your account.
These security questions and answers will allow you to change your password whenever you forget it or would like to change it for security reasons. Keep your answers in a secure place. You will need them if you forget your password.
You will need to remember your answers exactly how you entered them. For example, if you type a capital “A” in the answer, you will need to type a capital “A” in your answer in the exact way that you typed the answer initially.
Carefully consider the questions you choose and the answers you use to help protect your information. Choose questions and answers only you would know.
To make your questions even more secure, use answers that are not necessarily correct, or add extra words to your correct answers, so someone who knows you cannot guess them. For example, if the question is, "What is your favorite color?" and the answer is "blue", make the answer "awesome blue" instead, or to be even more secure make the answer, "$wesome b!u3". If you customize your answers, be sure you can remember them or keep your answers in a secure place in case you need them in the future.
If you answer a security question incorrectly while changing your password, your account will be locked. If your account is locked, you will need to contact us for help.
It is good practice to change your security questions periodically. To change your security questions at any time, log in to your eServices account and click or tap Change Security Questions under the User Profile section.
To login to eServices you must have:
Click or tap the Login button on the eServices website. Enter your username and password on the Login page, then click or tap the Login button.
If you forget your username or password at any time, you can use the Forgot Username or Forgot Password buttons on the Login page.
When you login to your eServices account, your Home Dashboard will open. The Home Dashboard is where you can navigate to your child support case information quickly.
Your Home Dashboard has up to six sections. You can access these sections by clicking or tapping the color-coded headers. They are:
*Note: The Forms section is only visible when you have child support forms that need to be completed, or forms that you have previously completed and submitted. At this time, the only child support forms that may be available online through eServices are, the Declaration of Unpaid Support, Financial Affidavit Administrative Support Proceeding, Parent Information Form Administrative Support Proceeding, and Title IV-D Standard Parenting Time Plan.
Each of these sections is color-coded for your ease of reference.
From the Home Dashboard, you can also start or continue an application for child support, identify the last payment made or received, and update personal information.
If the Child Support Program is missing personal, contact or employment information on the other parent on your case, you may see an alert message at the top of the Home Dashboard with a link to review the information that is missing. You will be able to give any specific information on the other parent which is missing on your case. You will also see information icons () next to the cases which are missing information. If a form is needed to be completed on your case, you may see an alert message at the top of the Home Dashboard with a link to complete the form.
If you are the parent who is due support, you will be able to see the date and the amount of the last payment you received, on any case, in the green Payments section of the Home Dashboard. You will also be able to see the method by which you receive payments in this section.
If you are the parent who owes support, you will be able to see the date and the amount of the last payment you sent, on any case, in the green Payments section of the Home Dashboard.
If you are a parent who is due support on one or more cases and a parent who owes support on one or more separate cases, you will see a link under the main header of your eServices account to “View your information as” the other type of parent. Clicking or tapping this link allows you to sign out of one account and switch to the view of your other account. This separates your case information for you for greater ease of use.
To sign out of eServices, click or tap the Sign Out button in the upper right corner of your account under the main header. This will sign you out of your account.
In the Payments section, under the grey Payment Details panel, you will find a list of your recent payments. You can sort the payments by any of the columns on the list (e.g., the payment date column) by clicking or tapping the link in that column header. You will see an up or down arrow icon in the column header which will show whether your column is in ascending or descending order.

You can print the payments showing in your list by clicking or tapping the Print Payments button in the Payment Details panel. The list of payments will be saved as an Adobe PDF document. You can download this document to your computer or device, and print it. You will need Adobe Reader to open and view a PDF document.

You can search for payments by a specific case or by a specific date range and you can print the payments for which you searched. To search, go to the Payment Details panel under the Payments section on the Home Dashboard. Click or tap the drop down titled Case with and then select the name of the other parent whose payments you want to view. The “All cases” option will be selected by default when you first view the Payment Details. “All cases” displays a compiled view of recent payments on all your cases. To view payments in a specific date range, enter a date in the From Date and the To Date field. You can search for payments as far back as two (2) calendar years from the date viewed. To view payments older than two years, you will need to contact the Clerk of Courts for the county of your order. Once you have selected the case and/or the date range for which you want to view payments, click or tap the Search button. The list of payments will update based on your selection. If you are receiving payments on a case, then you have set up a payment method. You can view your payment method in the Payments section on the Home Dashboard. You cannot change your payment method online through eServices. Learn more about changing your payment method options . |
When we need you to complete forms, we will mail them to you. If you receive one of the forms listed below, you can complete it online on eServices. See helpful information below on how to complete the form online.
In the Forms to Complete section on your Home Dashboard you can see child support forms that you need to complete and forms you have completed. The following child support forms can be completed online through eServices:
Forms you can complete online appear in the Forms to Complete section with the New! icon () next to the form name. Click the form name to open the form and complete it. Once you start the form you can save it at any time and complete it later. Forms that you start and save to complete later display in the Forms to Complete section with the In-Progress icon ( ) next to the form name.
All required fields must be completed before you can submit the form. Required fields have a red * next to them. You will be asked to review the form to make sure the information is correct before you submit it.

If the form is not available to complete online, please complete the paper form we mailed to you. Some of these forms may be available in the Documents Sent to You section of your Home Dashboard for you to view and print. You can return completed forms in eServices by selecting Return Documents on the Home Dashboard or mail them to the return address on the form.
After submitting a completed form, you can save or print a PDF copy of the completed form by clicking on the Completed Forms button in the Forms to Complete section on the Home Dashboard. On the Completed Forms page you can find a list of any available completed forms and view and print a PDF copy of the forms.
For your convenience, you can view some copies of notices mailed to you in eServices in the Documents Sent to You section of your Home Dashboard. You can view and print a PDF copy of these notices by clicking on the notice title.
If you have one or more open cases with the Child Support Program, your cases will be in the blue Cases and Orders section on your Home Dashboard. Click or tap this section to see your cases.
Click or tap on the name of the other parent whose case you want to view. The Cases and Orders Details page will open.
On the Case and Orders Details page, you will be able to view:
Using these links, you will be able to give any specific missing information on the other parent on your case. Employment information you give will be reviewed by the Child Support Program and we will add it to your case once it has been validated. If the other parent is not employed or you do not know his/her employer or other information, please do not give any information. We will continue to look for the missing information using other sources.

You can update your address at any time using your eServices account. Click or tap on the Edit link in the Personal Info section of your Home Dashboard. The Personal Info page will open and the Address panel will be expanded to show the mailing address we have on file for you. Click or tap the Edit link in the Mailing Address panel to update your address. If we have a residential address on file that is different from the mailing address, then the Residential Address panel will display below the Mailing Address panel. Click or tap the Edit link in the Residential Address panel to update your address.

When you update your address, be sure to select the Yes or No radio button next to “Is your residential address the same as your mailing address?” If you select Yes, then we do not need a separate residential address for you and any residential address we have for you will be inactivated in our system when you click or tap the Submit button. If you select No, then the residential address we have on file will display for you to update. If we have no residential address on file, then the Residential Address panel will display for you to enter one.
Once you have completed all the appropriate address fields for your update, click or tap the Submit button. eServices will verify the address with USPS to ensure it is correct, and if there is a problem, you will receive a warning message with a suggestion for the correct address according to the USPS. If the suggested address from the USPS is correct, click or tap the Copy Address button and you will be taken back to the Address panel. The address will be updated for you. You can then click or tap Submit again to make the update.
You can manage your employment information at any time through your eServices account. Click or tap on the Edit button in the Personal Info section of your Home Dashboard. The Personal Info page will open. Click or tap the Employers panel to add or remove your employer. Address information for employers is not displayed in your eServices account. If you need to add a new employer for yourself, click or tap the Add Employer button.
If you are no longer working at the employer listed, you can remove that employer from your account by clicking or tapping the trashcan icon () to the left of it. Clicking or tapping the trashcan icon () will add an end date to the employment record we have for you.

You can update your contact information at any time through your eServices account. Click or tap on the Edit button in the Personal Info section of your Home Dashboard. The Personal Info page will open. Click or tap Contact Information panel to update your contact information. If you have contact information on your case, it will be displayed in this panel. eServices only shows the following contact information:

The Mother’s Information page is to collect the personal information about the mother of the child for which you are applying for services.
If you are the mother of the child who needs services, your name, gender, social security number and date of birth will be entered for you. You must provide, at a minimum, your mailing address to continue with your application.
If you are a father or caregiver seeking child support from the mother of the child,you must provide, at a minimum, the mother’s first and last name to continue with your application. You must also indicate whether you have a fear of physical or emotional harm from the mother.
When you have completed all the information on this page, click or tap the Save and Continue button at the bottom of the page.
The Father’s Information page is to collect the personal information about the father of the child for which you are applying for services.
If you are the mother or caregiver seeking child support from the father of the child, you must provide, at a minimum, the father’s first and last name to continue with your application. You must also indicate whether you have a fear of physical or emotional harm from the father. If you indicated on the My Information page you will be providing information for more than one possible father, you will need to complete a Father’s Information page for each possible father you want to name.
If you are the father of the child who needs services, your name, gender, social security number and date of birth will be entered for you. You must provide, at a minimum, your mailing address to continue with your application.
The Child’s Information page is to collect the personal information about the child(ren) for which you are applying for services. If you indicated on the My Information page you need child support for more than one child, you will need to complete a Child’s Information page for each child.
You must provide, at a minimum, the child’s first and last name, date of birth and gender to continue with your application. You must also select the child’s father(s), if you have already added a father to the application.
If you indicate there is a pending legal action for a child, you must notify the Child Support Program of the type of pending legal action for this child.
If you indicate there is an existing support order for this child, you must notify the Child Support Program of the name of the parent ordered to pay support and the person receiving support.
When you have completed all the information on this page, click or tap the Save and Continue button at the bottom of the page.
The Caregiver's Information page is to collect the personal information about the caregiver of the child for which you are applying for services.
If you are the caregiver of the child who needs services, your name, gender, social security number and date of birth will be entered for you. You must provide, at a minimum, your mailing address to continue with your application.
When you have completed all the information on this page, click or tap the Save and Continue button at the bottom of the page.
Once you have completed all the required information on the Mother, Father and Child(ren) pages, the progress bar at the top of the application page will show 100% and you will be taken to a Final Review page to review all the information you have entered. If you do not have any changes, click or tap the Save and Submit button at the bottom of the page. You must agree to the application Terms of Use to submit the application.
Once your application has been submitted, you can click or tap the Print Application button to print a copy for your records. This will open a PDF document of your completed application, which you can then save to your computer or device, print or view online.

Once your application has been submitted, you will not be able to update or change your application online and it may take up to 20 days to process your information. The Child Support Program will notify you when your case has been opened using the email address you provided in your application. You will also be mailed a letter to the address you provided.
If the Child Support Program needs additional information, you will be contacted at the address you provided in your application.
You can login to your eServices account at any time to view or print your completed application. Once your case has been opened, you can also login to your eServices account to view the status of your case and update your case information.
